Raul is an emotional intelligence and personal development consultant with over 16 years of experience. He has been working with impact initiatives to support oppressed communities around the world. Raul has worked on projects such as social incubators within the favelas of Brazil, psychosocial development groups in Iraq, youth empowerment groups in India, and many more. Raul has experience with psycho-social development, neurolinguistic programming, emotional intelligence development, leadership training, and mindset coaching. He has worked on local projects with the Department of Probation, Carnegie Hall, and Stop the Violence.
